The deadline is fast approaching for the pilgrimage that I am leading to Alpine Europe. We will travel to Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The highlight of the trip is the Passion Play of Oberammergau. Every ten years for almost 400 years the people of Oberammergau have put on the Passion Play. It is a day long play that depicts the last week of Jesus’ life. The proceeds from the pilgrimage are used to support our youth ministry programs here at St. Luke.
